The Coupa BSM platform is designed to give organisations greater visibility into their spend in areas like sourcing, procurement and purchase of goods and services, both direct and indirect, working as a single source where all spend data is stored and accessed according to business processes. Utilising this solution enables organisations to leverage a single, intuitive user interface for all transactional spend activities across procurement, invoicing, expenses, and pay.

Ken Maxwell, xAmplify CEO is looking forward to providing greater insights into departmental business spend by offering federal government departments and agencies Coupa’s BSM solutions.

“The APS can benefit from greater consistency, a reduction in manual processing and a more streamlined approach to its current sourcing, contract management, eProcurement and procurement reporting."

"The Coupa platform provides a next generation, born-in-the-cloud solution that creates a user-friendly experience, guaranteeing maximum user uptake,” Maxwell said.

Technology is fast evolving with digital transformation rapidly becoming a key focus for the government and digitising processes designed to embed policies aimed to deliver productivity and value for the taxpayer, according to Stuart O’Neill, managing director at Coupa.

“Our platform will provide greater visibility into and control over how departments undertake procurements and spend money.”

“We are excited to work with xAmplify to support government departments in gaining control of their procurement and invoicing transactions from ageing systems," O'Neill said.
