The eight FTS Group subsidiaries will be fully integrated into the Atturra brand as part of the revamp. The consolidated Atturra brand brings together FTS Group companies ANATAS, Veritec, Cubic Consulting, ESAM Consulting, Galaxy42, KoBold, Mentum Systems, and Noetic. Future acquisitions will also be folded into the Atturra brand.

While all the units have been working closely together for some years now, as one unified brand Atturra is now in a stronger position to compete and lead in the IT services landscape, according to Stephen Kowal, CEO, Atturra.

“FTS Group’s smarts across all its businesses was not adequately represented by the original branding, and the business has outgrown its old structures," Kowal said.

"The rebrand and unification to Atturra reflects the emphasis on accessing enterprise scale, technologies, and specialisations the group offers.

"Atturra brings together the intelligence, strong partnerships, and experiences that the business has already successfully delivered for hundreds of clients across dozens of industries throughout Australia."

Since 2019, Atturra has been driving revenue growth exceeding a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 23 per cent.

Over the past 12 months, Atturra has been working towards strengthening its position as a market leader for IT services in Australia, following several strategic acquisitions in the region, including Noetic, ESAM Consulting, and Mentum Systems, increasing the business’s offering and capability which has led to significant, ongoing growth.

Atturra is 100 per cent Australian born, bred, owned, and operated, Kowal added.

"We've been building a powerful local technology services company, and this new brand is an important step forward in that journey," he said.

"Atturra’s vision is to continue to design, build and support the nation’s technology needs, while building exciting career paths for its people."

The company is known for its strategic partnerships with the category leaders like Microsoft, Boomi, Software AG, and Smartsheet. To date, Atturra has served more than 600 local clients across federal, state and local government, defence, education, wealth and financial services, and utilities.

“This rebranding milestone is significant for the company as the market accelerates," Kowal said.

"Customers expect to partner with organisations that can maximise the value of end-to-end solutions.

“The Atturra brand may be new, but Australian governments and businesses have relied on the team for years. Atturra has over 500 staff members, including more than 200 security-cleared consultants."

The FTS Group was formed in 2015 and has achieved momentum through both acquisition and organic growth in Australia. The extensive rebranding effort aims to respond to the increased number of partnerships the company has formed and the growing collaboration among the businesses in the group.

"The new brand and continued growth perfectly illustrate Atturra’s ongoing ambition to be the leading local advisory technology specialist,” Kowal said.

"We're proud of what we have achieved so far and equally confident of the new chapter in our story.”
