archTIS Limited has announced the appointment of Nick Main as its new chief security officer (CSO), responsible for overseeing the company’s security strategy and practices.

Main, who is currently serving as archTIS’ chief architect, replaces archTIS co-founder Bruce Talbot, who is transitioning into retirement.

In his new role, Main will be tasked with strengthening the firm’s security posture, ensuring it protects its infrastructure and assets, as well as customer information from physical and cyber threats.

The new appointee holds over 20 years of senior level experience in Australian government, Defence and law enforcement.

Throughout his career, Main has managed technology strategy, security, architecture, technical consultancy, and high tempo technical project delivery across complex and high security environments.
