Tyler joins AVEC from allaboutXpert where he was Australia’s managing director, following an extensive career across project management, large-scale project strategy definition and delivery, as well as leading significant teams of professional resources.

On the AVEC executive director appointment, Tyler revealed that he was hugely impressed with AVEC’s unique collection of project delivery enablers, digital enablement, rapid ROI approaches, innovative methods for accelerated project delivery and the company's edgy persona.

“Disruption of well-established project delivery services companies relying on traditional approaches is happening right now, particularly with the evolution of Agile and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings," Tyler said.

"We have access to potentially the largest pool of project delivery professionals in Australia, through our group company Talent, who support our delivery of high value customer outcomes, fully supported by AVEC’s expert consulting leadership team.

"These differentiators sent shivers up my spine and warmed my heart up all over again."

One of AVEC's core differentiators in this space is its ability to leverage its expertise in robotic process automation and other world-class project delivery enablers.

As a graduate of the Project Management Institute’s Global Leadership Institute Master Class and serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Queensland chapter of the Project Management Institute, Tyler is set to work alongside AVEC team members and its managing director, Dennis Grant, to significantly increase AVEC’s capability to provide digital solutions across our extensive client base and new markets including Smart Cities in ANZ.

Tyler's ability and pedigree are welcome capabilities to the new to the executive director role appointment, according to Grant.

"I have had the privilege of working with Adrian on a number of projects and look forward to the thought leadership and innovation he will bring across both our traditional and disruptive delivery offerings,” Grant added.
