It is expected that xAmplify will promote the software across all levels of government and business, and provide activation and deployment services to support the rollout of the software.

The Coupa platform is designed to enable businesses to gain greater oversight and visibility of their organisation's expenses to improve business procedures. According to a release from xAmplify, this is achieved by using a single interface across the entire financial ecosystem, including procurement, invoicing, expenses and pay.

The system then extrapolates this data to project analyses, supply chain management, inventory management, workforce management, financial oversight and strategic planning recommendations.

Ken Maxwell, chief executive of xAmplify, welcomed the new agreement.

“We are proud to partner with Coupa to provide our clients with greater insights into their business spend,” Maxwell said.

“Recently digital neobanks have utilised AI functionality to provided individuals with greater insights on their individuals spending and savings accounts. Our clients will be able to access and utilise Coupa’s AI and community intelligence software, opening the door to greater insights into their organisation’s business spend.

“Through this partnership we are hopeful that we can provide our clients with a simpler, cost effective and more efficient way of overseeing corporate spend.

“For too long organisational expenses management has been overly complicated. By utilising Coupa’s software we can ensure that business spend management is as efficient and easy as reviewing your personal online banking.”

Milos Lekovic, senior director at Coupa, explained how the new agreement will enable more people to gain access to Coupa’s beneficial technology.

“We are excited to work with xAmplify to support their clients in gaining control of their procurement and invoicing transactions from ageing systems,” Lekovic said.

“Our platform provides greater visibility into and control over how organisations spend money. Using our platform, businesses are able to achieve real, measurable value and savings that drive their profitability.”
