The software provider received the contract to help create a data-centric strategy for the Australian Department of Health, by providing advice on architectural changes across cloud and big data technologies.
The award is valued up to $430,000 including GST and is calculated on a time and materials basis from the 1st of September 2022 to 30 June 2023. It can be cancelled upon convenience or extended for an additional 12 months by the department.
As part of the contract, the company is expected to support the Department of Health and Aged Care with domain expertise to help achieve transformational technology change, including the adoption of new technologies, services and methods in modern architectures while maintaining effective technology governance procedures.
The department is current navigating three core transformation areas. These include generational aged care reform, generational therapeutic goods reform and modernisation of medicine and device subsidisation.

Just days before, archTIS announced that it had expanded its network of strategic partners in Asia by building on the existing relationship with i-Sprint, a Singapore-based provider in identity and access management solutions.

i-Sprint signed a new NC Protect distributor agreement, which expands the partnership to allow i-Sprint to recruit its existing network of 30 resellers to sell and market NC Protect in expanded Asian markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan.
